VILLADINA FARM is situated on the northern side of Como Lake - the “Comersee” – with wonderful panoramas of the lake and surrounding mountains. In the most beautiful residential zone of Colico, immersed in mountain greenery, this delightful villa resort has a private garden, barbeque area and parking area - perfect for families and couples alike.
Near enough to the lake so that all services and lake activities can be reached on foot, there are trails, pubs, a bakery and several restaurants just minutes away.

One appeal that differentiates Villadina Farm from many other vacation houses is its location: a tranquil farming area, cool even in summer, and far from chaotic downtown traffic, discothèques and crowded camping and beach areas.
A large rustic farmhouse has been restructured into comfortable new apartments, with all the modern conveniences and an artistic eye to detail.
No pool, but with the lake’s several swimming areas nearby none is really necessary. Sailing and windsurf instruction (in English) is available from staff. For those musically inclined we have on staff a noted tenor saxophonist, available for instruction.

All of Villadina Farm’s surroundings are beautiful. We haven’t found it necessary to have a professional photographer produce marvellous, “retouched” photos of interiors to convince prospective guests to visit us. In fact, when our clients see Villadina Farm for the first time, they often comment, “It’s nicer than any photo we’ve seen!”

Die "Villa Dina Farm" ist eine kleine und sehr ruhige Anlage, am Comer See, mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge (Alpen Orobie) in einer der schönsten Gegenden von Colico. Mitten einer grünen Landschaft, hat dieses entzückende Ferienhaus ein privater Garten mit Spielwiese, Grillplatz und Parkplatz, es ist also für Familien aber auch für Paare perfekt. Nahe genug am See, können Services oder Seeaktivitäten leicht erreicht werden, zu Fuß erreicht man in wenige Minuten
Wanderwege, Pubs, eine Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants. 80% unserer Gäste kommen aus Deutschland und Holland und wir sind sehr stolz, dass viele von ihnen seit Jahren immer wieder ihre Ferien bei uns verbringen. Das besondere an Villadina Farm ist die Lage: nur 1,8 km abseits von Stadtrummel, Verkehr, Discos, lauter Campingplätze und Chaos liegt es mitten im Grünen. Sogar im Hochsommer ist es hier angenehm kühl.
Ein Rustikales Bauernhaus wurde in neue gemütliche Wohnungen umstrukturiert, mit schöner Einrichtung und allen Bequemlichkeiten.
Es gibt bei Villadina kein Pool aber mit den vielen Bademöglichkeiten am See ist das nicht
notwendig.
Segel- und Windsurf Unterricht (auf Englisch)
Für alle, die sich für Musik interessieren, gibt es die Möglichkeit, beim Vermieter der ein begeisterter Tenor Saxophonist ist, Unterricht zu nehmen oder neues Material, und CDs zu bekommen.
Alles was Villadina umgibt ist wunderschön. Wir haben extra keinen Profi Fotograf beschäftigt da Villadina in Wirklichkeit schöner und eindrucksvoller ist, als es jedes Foto sein könnte – wie uns schon viele Gäste bestätigt haben.
Diese Anlage ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe, Natur, Sport und Kultur in der näheren Umgebung sucht.
Die bekannte Abtei in Piona, die Festungen Forte Montecchio Nord und Forte Fuentes, die Kirche San Rocco, Varenna, Menaggio, Bellaggio, Lierna sind nur Minuten von Villadina entfernt.
Zugänglichkeit: Mozart, Paganini, Verdi und Puccini sind im Erdgeschoss mit gemeinsamer Gartenfläche.Bach first floor , Bach first floor , Vivaldi hat seine eigene. Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht erlaubt.
